The Bahamas

The Bahamas are another one of the Caribbean teams in the America League. They were founded in 1960 and for many years were a travel partner with Aruba and Kingston. Those 3 teams still play no matter their league status in the Conch Derby. They play at the Nassau Grounds in Nassau. The logo features a setting sun from their crest and is heavily inspired by the country’s flag with a bold yellow stripe set on as teal field. The team's uniforms follow suit, featuring their trademark yellow on teal stripe while the change kit goes all white. Frequently they wear all white in order to force the opposing team to wear their dark colors in the strong Bahamian Sun. Inside the necktape is the country's motto: March On, Bahamaland.
