San Antonio SC
Like much of Texas in the early 20th century, San Antonio saw wealth overflowing because of the Texas Oil Boom. The population of San Antonio increased by 65,000 people in the 10 years prior and the need of entertainment in the city was expanding and so in 1920 San Antonio SC was formed. Success has been mixed and they have the 1949 US Open Cup in their trophy case, but they are just as proud of their 10 Texas Cup victories. They've been in America One for most of their existence and play their matches at Sam Houston Stadium. The team's crest is more or less what you'd expect. A large beveled lone star on a crest in the shape of the Alamo. Their kits have a traditional collar design with a tonal halftone pattern. Both kits have the same design, but the primary is gold over maroon and then hooped socks and then the change has white replacing the gold.
