In 2013 I was approached by Indianapolis Pro Soccer to develop the crest and branding for their new NASL soccer team. Eventually that team would be known as Indy Eleven.
The crest features “Victory,” a statue that sits atop the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in the center of Indianapolis. Accompanying is a white star in a red circle from the Indianapolis civic flag. These elements sit atop a field of red checkers, a connection to the region’s rich racing legacy and a nod to the team’s supporter’s group, the Brickyard Battalion.
The team’s wordmark is simple and bold with the two words split by the flag icon. Over the years I’ve designed a variety of materials for the club including additional brand logos, posters, event logos, uniforms, merchandise, and even the mascot Zeke!
